Shipping information:

In order to avoid unforeseen delays, please order your hair in advance. 

Please note we are not responsible for any fees associated with your shipment, such as taxes or custom fees upon delivery.

VIRGIN HAIR

All virgin hair orders take 4-7 working days to be processed. Once processed, orders are shipped using next day delivery for U.K. customers, and 4-5 working days for international orders. 

 

LUXURY RAW HAIR

All custom raw hair orders can take up to 21 days to be processed. Once processed, orders are shipped using next day delivery for U.K. customers, and 4-5 working days for international orders. 

 

TRACKING

Once orders have been dispatched you will be notified and sent a tracking number via email. Please allow enough time after making an order to receive the tracking number.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

 

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. We are not liable for any delays, lost, or stolen parcels.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for courier-related issues.
