Refund policy

- We do not offer refunds due to hygiene and safety laws.

Please note: All wigs are made to order, with processing times stated on each product page. By ordering, you agree to these timeframes. All orders cannot be cancelled once placed, even if not yet dispatched. No exceptions.

If you believe there is a fault or error with your item, you can return your order within 7 working days for an exchange only.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at chizoshairparlour@gmail.com, stating the item you wish to return and the item you wish to exchange it with.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you experience late delivery, delayed parcel or missing delivery this will not be accepted as a basis for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

WIG UNITS

Due to health and hygiene practices, we strictly do not offer refunds on ready-made wig units or custom raw wig units. Once orders have been shipped out, they are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds
In the circumstances you are approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chizoshairparlour@gmail.com.
